WIPs will no longer be sent directly to the customer and will ONLY be posted to the Public trello, WIPs will be posted for AT LEAST 24 HOURS for client review before moving on to the next step. low contact customers are responsible to watch the trello and reach out to the artist or art manager themselves for any changes/fixes. unfortunately if a WIP is missed by a client and I move on to the next step I will not be able to go back and make any changes, Order at your own risk!

any characters owned by Parrotsoup or Keppel (AlliGOATor) can be requested for use in commissions NSFW or SFW. customers requesting our characters do not have to pay an additional character fee for them. however please keep in mind that we have preferences about how our character should be depicted, we have the right to refuse involvement of our characters in any commission for any reason. please ask for list of available characters.

Teir 0: colour smudges and simple coloured boxes with gradients are free

tier 1 : backgrounds like galaxies or the sky that your character floats or flys in are usually $5.00 - $15.00 USD

tier 2: simple bedrooms or indoor scenes as well as simple outdoor scenes like alleyways Without too many Detailed Items typically cost between $15.00 - $25 USD

Tier 3: Outdoor Scenes like forests mountains, and fields, underwater scenes, as well as moderately detailed indoor scenes such as dungeons, kitchens, or bar/club scenes are somewhere between $25.00 - $40.00 USD

tier 4: Very complex scenes involving multiple background characters or lots of small detailed items such as shopping malls, city streets, cluttered rooms and detailed jungles, (note backgrounds in locations such as these can be priced at tier 3 if the perspective of the image is closer to the character) $40.00 - $60.00 USD

I retain the right to post any artwork i have created to any site at any time. private commissions can be ordered, please let me know before payment if you would like your commission to be private

You may NOT recolor or edit your commissions without my written consent

You may NOT use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we have a previously discussed agreement

I will not use any art that has been commissioned from me in any commercial form outside of advertisements, if you would prefer if your commission is not used for advertising please let me know

typical turnaround for artwork ranges from two days to 6 weeks depending on complexity and how full my queue is

I Tend to do small amounts of work on a large number of drawings during my work periods, I usually allocate 2 hours per individual piece , This helps me avoid burning out or getting stuck on any one piece of Art

However Because of this Commissions Are usually completed out of order, simpler commissions such as headshots or icons tend to be completed Much faster than Full Illustrations. Don't Be alarmed if artwork that was ordered after yours jumps ahead of you in the queue, I'm still Making sure your art gets just as much attention

My Days off are now Saturday as well as either Friday or Sunday depending on how I feel at the end of the week, I may take both day if my week has been particularly stressful

Please note that I delete artwork files after 6 months past that point I cannot make edits to your piece without a complete redraw

because of My Severe Anxiety my commissions are almost exclusively managed by my art manager Keppel (@alligoator)

Please try to avoid messaging my personal accounts for commission updates and info, any and all commissions should be directed to Keppel

You are free to ask about updates whenever you want, but please keep in mind that constant inquires about your commission stress me and my art manager out,

please try to wait until at least a week after you have approved of your last W.I.P to ask about commission Status,

the clean sketch W.I.P I send to you will be almost identical to the finished lineart, please let me know at that stage if there are any changes you would like made (ex: Changing the positions of limbs/tails altering expressions or moving or changing background objects)

after the clean sketch is approved and I have lined your piece I can not make changes without losing large amounts of work, due to this I will charge a small fee for each edit to the lineart past the sketch approval

During the sketching phase i may send you two or more different poses to pick between, please note that the sketches you decline will likely be repurposed into YCHs

claiming a YCH and then flaking out on payment will result in a permanent blacklist

you may resend your bid from an auction by contacting me before the auction ends, however if you repeatedly do this multiple times in a row you, or if you wait until I ask for payment to resend your bid you will be blacklisted from all commissions

If you decide to cancel the commision before work has started you are entitled to a 100% refund

Once work is started you are entitled to a 60% - 10% refund depending on how close your piece is to completion

Once your commision is fully complete refunds are no longer available
